FIM Series Liquid Injection Modules

Furrow MSA specialises in the design, manufacture and distribution of unique and specialised liquid systems. FIM Compact Furrow Injection Modules are a range of function-specific control boxes designed to furrow inject liquid fertiliser, trace elements, inoculants, fungicides, soil wetters and other fluid products at seeding time.

Friction Flow™ products are configured not only to achieve effective liquid delivery for seeder bars, planters and tool bars, but also to optimise the performance of every element in the system. The in-furrow application equipment from Furrow MSA helps farmers increase soil productivity, boost yields and save on inputs to maximise profits.

FIM SERIES

FIM-F Modules: High Volume, Single Liquid, Auto Rate

Integrated Hypro Pump, available in Stainless Steel or Polypropylene

The FIM-F is a high-volume single liquid, auto-rate control module with an incorporated Hypro 9303 Series Pump. A Proportional Bypass Regulation circuit regulates liquid flow to the seeder, whilst a pressurised common-rail delivers priority flow to agitation, tank rinse and manual run valves conveniently mounted on the front panel.

RATEPOD Modules: Auto Rate Control

The RATEPOD is a High-Performance single liquid, auto-rate control module. Designed for precise regulation, regardless of bypass flow conditions, the RATEPOD is a perfect upgrade to an existing single liquid product delivery or a new liquid system requiring Auto Rate Control. Used with a Friction Flow Distribution system, the RATEPOD is an effective and precise rate-control system.
